We are so blessed to have such an incredible sales team down to each individual team member. After that my personal philosophy is to love them fiercely and hold them accountable to be the best they can be. Love is our secret sauce.”

"I took over the Internet Sales Team almost 4 years ago. I was very fortunate that my predecessor had laid a terrific foundation for the department during his tenure as their leader," says Adam Martin, Senior Manager of the Online Sales Team. "Over the last 4 years, we tested new scripts, systems, processes, compensation plans, and accountability tactics in the pursuit of efficiency gains. In 4 years, we have managed a roughly 35% increase in production with the same-sized team. I am so proud of everyone member of this Internet Sales Team. Their grit, determination, and resilience are second to no one.
